免疫球蛋白λ樣多肽1(IglL1)重組蛋白 preB細(xì)胞受體位于proB和preB細(xì)胞的表面，參與細(xì)胞增殖信號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)、從proB細(xì)胞向preB細(xì)胞階段的分化、Ig重鏈基因位點(diǎn)的等位基因排斥和促進(jìn)Ig輕鏈基因重排。前B細(xì)胞受體由膜結(jié)合的Ig-mu重鏈和異二聚體替代輕鏈組成。該基因編碼一種替代輕鏈亞基，是免疫球蛋白基因超家族的成員。該基因不會(huì)發(fā)生重排。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
