TNF受體關(guān)聯(lián)因子5(TRAF5)重組蛋白該基因編碼的支架蛋白是腫瘤壞死因子受體相關(guān)因子（TRAF）蛋白家族的成員，包含一個(gè)meprin和TRAF同源性（MATH）結(jié)構(gòu)域、一個(gè)RING型鋅指和兩個(gè)TRAF型鋅指。TRAF蛋白與TNF受體超家族成員相關(guān)，并介導(dǎo)其信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。該蛋白是結(jié)合腫瘤壞死因子（TNF）受體細(xì)胞質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)域并介導(dǎo)TNF誘導(dǎo)的激活的多蛋白復(fù)合物的成分之一。替代轉(zhuǎn)錄剪接變體已被表征。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/mL. Do not vortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
