T-細(xì)胞激活連接蛋白(LAT)重組蛋白在T細(xì)胞抗原受體（TCR）信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路激活后，該基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)被ZAP-70/Syk蛋白酪氨酸激酶磷酸化。這種跨膜蛋白定位于脂筏，并作為含SH2結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白質(zhì)的對(duì)接位點(diǎn)。磷酸化后，該蛋白將多種銜接蛋白和下游信號(hào)分子募集到位于TCR結(jié)合位點(diǎn)附近的多分子信號(hào)復(fù)合物中。選擇性剪接導(dǎo)致編碼不同異構(gòu)體的多種轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。【由RefSeq提供，2008年7月】

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH7.2-pH7.4.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
