LUM抗原；基膜聚糖(LUM)重組蛋白多種屬是應(yīng)用了重組DNA或重組RNA的技術(shù)從而獲得的蛋白質(zhì)。體外重組蛋白的生產(chǎn)主要包括四大系統(tǒng):原核蛋白表達(dá)，哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞蛋白表達(dá)，酵母蛋白表達(dá)及昆蟲(chóng)細(xì)胞蛋白表達(dá)。生產(chǎn)的蛋白在活性和應(yīng)用方法方面均有所不同。根據(jù)自身的下游運(yùn)用選擇合適的蛋白表達(dá)系統(tǒng)，提高表達(dá)成功率。

Residues: Gln19~Asn338,with N-terminal His-Tag.

(determined by the LAL method).

Formulation: Supplied as lyophilized form in PBS,pH7.4, containing 5% sucrose, 0.01% sarcosyl.

Predicted isoelectric point: 6.3

Predicted Molecular Mass: 38.1kDa

Accurate Molecular Mass: 44kDa as determined by SDS-PAGE reducingconditions.

Applications: SDS-PAGE; WB; ELISA; IP.

(May be suitable for use in other assays to be determined by the end user.)

Note: The possible reasons that the actual band size differs from the predicted are as follows:

1.Splice variants: Alternative splicing may create different sized proteins from the same gene.

2. Relative charge: The composition of amino acids may affects the charge of the protein.

3. Post-translational modification: Phosphorylation, glycosylation, methylation etc.

4. Post-translation cleavage: Many proteins are synthesized as pro-proteins, and then cleavedto give the active form.

5. Polymerization of the target protein: Dimerization, multimerization etc.

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH7.2-pH7.4.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
