鱗狀細(xì)胞癌抗原1(SERPINB3)重組蛋白原發(fā)性腫瘤向遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移是通過破壞細(xì)胞和細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)蛋白之間相互作用的信號級聯(lián)來確定的。介導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)移的蛋白質(zhì)包括絲氨酸蛋白酶，如中性粒細(xì)胞彈性蛋白酶。SCCA由兩個幾乎相同的基因（SCCA1和SCCA2）轉(zhuǎn)錄，主要以SCCA1的形式產(chǎn)生。人SCCA1基因編碼一種390個氨基酸的蛋白質(zhì)，該蛋白質(zhì)最初是從轉(zhuǎn)移性宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中分離出來的。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
