真核翻譯延伸因子1α1(EEF1a1)重組蛋白 該基因編碼延長因子-1復(fù)合物的α亞基的同工型，該復(fù)合物負責(zé)將氨酰tRNA酶促遞送到核糖體。這種亞型（α1）在腦、胎盤、肺、肝、腎和胰腺中表達，另一種亞型（β2）在腦，心臟和骨骼肌中表達。在66%的Felty綜合征患者中，這種亞型被確定為自身抗原。該基因已被發(fā)現(xiàn)在許多染色體上有多個拷貝，其中一些（如果不是全部）代表不同的假基因。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-0.8 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
