NEK2抗原；NEK2重組蛋白多種屬 參與有絲分裂調(diào)控的蛋白激酶。有絲分裂紡錘體組裝檢查點(diǎn)的組成部分，是中期-后期過渡期間染色體正確分離所必需的。MAD2L1與動粒結(jié)合所必需的。磷酸SGOL1?？赡茉贕2-M過渡中發(fā)揮作用。也可能在減數(shù)分裂中發(fā)揮作用。異構(gòu)體1而非異構(gòu)體2似乎在中心體分裂中發(fā)揮作用。異構(gòu)體1磷酸化并激活G1/S期阻滯細(xì)胞中的NEK11。核仁中不存在的異構(gòu)體2也不存在。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
