OSMR抗原；抑瘤素M受體重組蛋白多種屬抑瘤素M是IL6細(xì)胞因子家族的成員。IL6家族細(xì)胞因子的功能性受體是涉及造血素受體超家族成員的多亞基復(fù)合物。許多IL6細(xì)胞因子利用gp130作為常見的受體亞基。OSM與gp130受體亞基結(jié)合，并與白血病抑制因子受體結(jié)合，在許可細(xì)胞中誘導(dǎo)增殖反應(yīng)。OSMR是一種替代亞基（用于OSM受體復(fù)合物（gp130和OSMR的異二聚體），由OSM激活，但不由LIF激活。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
