SEMA3A抗原；信號素3A重組蛋白多種屬該基因是信號素家族的成員，編碼一種具有Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域、PSI結(jié)構(gòu)域和Sema結(jié)構(gòu)域的蛋白質(zhì)。這種分泌的蛋白質(zhì)既可以作為化學(xué)排斥劑，抑制軸突生長，也可以作為化學(xué)吸引劑，刺激頂端樹突的生長。在這兩種情況下，蛋白質(zhì)對正常的神經(jīng)元模式發(fā)育至關(guān)重要。這種蛋白表達的增加與精神分裂癥有關(guān)，在各種人類腫瘤細胞系中都有發(fā)現(xiàn)。

[ USAGE ]

Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do notvortex.

[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]

Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Store at 2-8oC for one month.

Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.

Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
